Keeping us organized with all the key administrative and reception duties. What You'll Bring to the Pack At least 2 years of customer service experience (vet or medical experience would be a major plus!). Top-notch communication skills —you're a clear, friendly chat champion. A flexible attitude to work a rotating roster (weekdays and weekends).
